My lips don't close naturally. I have to force it to make it close. Due to this, I sleep with my mouth open at night which causes flow of saliva and mouth breathing. I used to breath by mouth up to age 13. After I change my habit to breath with nose. But at night, I automatically breath with my mouth. How to make it close naturally?
