Hi. Actually I am not able to lose weight. Since last five months I have tried everything. I have followed high fiber low carb diet. With regular workout I have tried everything. Still no results. I have also done my thyroid test. It is normal. I am not able to lose my weight. My weight is 90 kgs. I am done with dieting. Instead of dieting from last month I have stopped eating outside foods snacks. Since then I have lost 1-2 kg. Thats it. What should I do. Please help me.
