Hello Omkar, 1. Include High Protein and Carbs foods. 2. Take milk and milk products. 3. Take any sweet item after dinner. 4. Do stretching exercise alternate days. 5. Include Shakes , dark chocolates, Cold coffee, Banana shake, kheer in your diet. 6. Don't skip your breakfast ever. 7. take plenty of water.
