My friends (Female, age 20) lower teeth (molar) broke an year ago from half and it doesn't caused Pain at that time. But it starts paining after every 3-4 months and stops paining temporary on taking NSAID's and Antibiotics. Her gums don't swell only the teeth pains and she can't eat. Please tell the permanent cure. The dentist's here also says that removing teeth will not help.
