Hello Doctor, I had severe motions a month back, which led to anal fissure at first, even after the healing of fissure I am not having relief, difficulty while defecating, even though no hard stools or blood. The pain remains constant through out the day and comes down by end of the day, and again start in the next day morning. I have self examined and doubt if this is the start of first degree hemorrhoids. queries:- 1) Do these kind of hemorrhoids heal on their own. 2) If yes what is the time period for healing. 3) What is the diet preferred. 4) Medications advisable (Pain killers, softeners, cream & Constipation pills)
