Age: 36, Gender: Female I slipped down on a wet floor few weeks back and the pain continued. The x-ray report are as below. Rest all is normal in the X-ray. My doctor prescribed few painkillers which is of little help but failed to explain what exactly is the issue. Can you explain what the X-ray reports mean and the medication I should follow X-RAY 1 DORSAL SPINE AP AND LATERAL Superior end plate irregularity and mild compression seen at D11 level X- RAY 2 lumbosacral SPINE AP AND LATERAL VIEW Small anterior osteophytes are seen at L4 level I don't have any pain in legs, no issues with bowl or bladder, no numbness the only point where I feel pain on sitting, walking and sleeping also as mentioned in the x Ray report. The pain is medium and reducing day by day but not completely fine even after 3 mths of the accidental fall.
