Hello Doctor, I am writing this question on behalf of my dad who is 70 years old. Recently he had open heart surgery while he was @ 67 yrs old and since after that he pretend/ act very smart and active. Not sure whether it is related to post heart surgery effects. Marriage life of my dad is not that good and I have personally seen my dad and mom fighting always. I guess it had a negative impact in their sexual life as well. Recently we had two instance (Sexual Harassment) happened within our home to my relatives when they came to our home. Since it happened to our own family member, we didn't react and didn't ask him regarding the same. We would like to get higher opinion from you and also if possible could you please provide any low dose tablet, so that we can cure this in starting stage itself. We worry that if he does the same outside home to any unknow ladies in public it would be an issue. Kindly provide your valuable suggestion.

Hi, the signs/ symptoms as seen in your dad are indicative of repressed anger and emotions owing possibly to a dissatisfied married life which probably is getting vented out in a manner as described by you. First and foremost, in order that he is not obsessively compelled to think negative and imagine stuff, it is important for you to assure him time and again that everything is perfectly ok and distract him to either watching, visualizing or doing something meaningful, relaxing and one that gives him a sense of inner strength and positive energy/ vibes. Listening to a soothing and inspiring music also helps to stay calm and relaxed. He needs to plan his day, listing out the things to be achieved and get going about them one by one. He requires to be on a healthy and balanced diet with focus on leafy greens and fresh fruits. He needs to take plenty of water daily and stay hydrated. It is important that he keeps his lifestyle streamlined and does walking/ light exercise, yoga et al in fresh air. It is good to get exposed to the early morning sunlight for 5 to 10 minutes daily. He must keep his stress levels low and stay relaxed and focused. He can enjoy his favorite yet lightweight films/ serials/ cartoons et al as he would like to watch and get some interesting yet light stories to read while he retires to bed. He can take a glass of warm milk with a pinch of fresh turmeric powder and a tsp of honey mixed to the same, at bed time. Homeopathic remedy staphysagria 12c/ 30c potency suits this particular condition. At the same time, I would also advise you to see a psychologist in person and seek independent opinion. All the very best and take care.
