I have leukoplakia on both cheeks inside mouth .History of smoking and tobacco chewing. My biopsy report hyperplastic squamous epithelium with no dysplasia and malignancy seen. I have stopped tobacco and smoking since five months I am taking antioxidants hc and multivitamin but still the patch is not regressing. How much time will it take to regress. Can it progress to cancer. Doctors are telling it won't regress. Wht is hyperplastic is it leukoplakia. I am ver much worried.

It may not regress even if you have left tobacco. Yes thr chances in future it can transform but the risk is high if you continue taking tobacco.
