I am suffering from back pain. Almost when I lifting the weight next day I should hve to suffer. What should I do for releasing from this type of pain. The pain is occurs in lower level of my back. So please suggest me the best suggestions. Thnk you.

First of all you should consult a physiotherapist. He/she will examine you and diagnose. Once the reason and the route are identified, then your treatment will get started. And hopefully 10 days are more than enough for the treatment. Then you do regular exercises for your back strengthening.
