I have had PILES problems ever since my pregnancy. When the water consumption is low (<2 lits) I have the incidents of terrible pain while passing stools. I generally pass stools twice a day and have acidity issues. In my last incident of piles (i have external piles and anal fissures are visible outside) It was as usual painful and there was a rectal bleeding. I have been passing bloody stools in the last 7 days and Never have I had such prolonged bleeding in piles incidents. I fear that I might have rectal cancer. Can you advice and let me know the next course of action.
