Hi I have done Tpha blood test but that is positive and my wife is pregnant, I have done Tpha blood test for my wife but that is negative Kindly confirm any infection will be affected my baby and wife.

If your wife is negative then nothing to worry ,your wife and baby will not be affected. Till your treatment is complete and you become negative you should avoid sexual contact with wife or use barrier contraceptives (condoms)
