Bloating and feels like something stuck in my throat. The burp is about to come and it sticks at throat. And that occur for a long time. This feeling increases when I lay on my back. I am lean but belly size increased nowadays. Also there is a black in the upper abdomen which I can feel while laying on my side. I am tired all the time so that I could not exercise.
