Hi, To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches, paneer or aloo parathas, banana shake in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 - 4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals. In between snacks can be cookies, ice-creams, juices, dryfruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, peanuts, dhoklas, idlis, bhelpuri, aloo chaat etc.
