Can you guys suggest me any diet to reduce my weight from the lower body. So that I can bw in shape. I am not suffering from pcod or thyroid. Nd yes one more thing I usually gain fat in my thighs nd waist.

Hi lybrate-user ,start some workout with the diet ,and keep chsnging your diet ,if you will take same diet your body will be habitual and you will not able to reduce weight.
