On 13th day my right ovary is 13. 3 mm & left ovary is msf .ET is 7.4 mm no free fluid found so is there any chances to increase this number and does it mean i am having very poor egg growth. M too worried.

Some variation of size is possible as it's never equal be it our hands or eyes You have to count the eggs which are developing in follicles present in the ovaries. Get total ovulation studies done by ultrasound
