Hello Sir/Mam, I am regular morning Walker and having office sitting job. I am having back pain problem since last 2 months, Don't have problems on sitting straight, get pain on bending my back. I also want to lose weight, pls suggest.

Back ache may to due to many reasons but bad posture is one of important reasons. Do not bend your back for few e 1000 calories per day in diet .only by dietary methods you will loose weight. Exercises alone are not sufficient.
