Sir I'm 26 years old and for the past 2 months I have been suffering from knee pain. In the starting it was paining when I used to sit or stand .but after 20-25 days it was not paining any more while sitting or standing. But I could feel a little pain while using stairs .after nearly at the end of 2nd month I thought of going for morning walk but it started paining in my knees while walking so I got some tests run. In that esr was normal, c creative protein was non reactive, RA factor was non reactive but uric acid was 8.so is uric acid responsible for the knee pain or am I suffering from arthritis .sir please help me .i m feeling very depressed .and what should I do to get relief from pain.

Avoid high protein diet, drink more water and .consult orthopedic, doctor will prescribe medicine which will control uric acid. High uric acid leads to joint pain.

It can be because of uric acid problem So start medicine to lower your uric acid levels And it ll take time like 1-2 months for complete relief.
