My age 27, I have diagnosed with multiple scoliosis last year. Had suffered Damage in left and numbness in right body and this year suffered damage in right eye. And my MRI is normal. N I hv anemia my hemoglobin is 6.6 usual it is 7.3 but not more than this. Kindly suggest is this problem happening to me due to anemia?

Not directly because of anaemia, main culprit is MS.

Anaemia seems to be the reason and we should get it treated at the earliest after clinical examination.

I am not very sure whether you have multiple sclerosis or not. Because your MRI is normal. Please review your diagnosis by taking a second opinion from a neurologist who is experienced in treating multiple sclerosis.
