I am facing situation called early morning depression. Whenever I wake up in morning I feel exhausted, lack of energy and stressed. I can't concentrate on my job and feel unsecured and irritated all day long. I really want to be positive in life but now it changes to negativity. Now I am having dreams all night of irrelevant and unknown people and places. Want to have a sound sleep but can't. I have stayed thinking too much about everything which I think is not good. What can be the problem? Please suggest solution to get rid from depression.
