Hi sir I have completed my MDR tb treatment 1 years back no problem is there everything is cured now I am facing gas trouble with which I am unable to eat properly and no appetite and no growth in my body and my local Dr. advised to use sompraz d40 capsule for gas trouble. It will be relief only when I use tablet other wise there will be no free motion. Now my question is can I continue sompraz d40 and I already used more than 3 years is it safe or other alternative for gas trouble solution.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and Take tablet Pan-D before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary
