Dear sir, During my test Dr. found little infection in my liver and stomach. Plus my hemoglobin was less. Now I have started papaya every morning empty stomach plus orange juice real company, lemon water. Sir I have started liv 52 tablet but I do not know should I take before meal or after meal please help.
