Hello Doctor, I feels that I have a heart problem, sometimes when I bend forward chest bone hurts and sometime stabbing pain comes and go on chest area, I have left shoulder pain, neck pain which radiating towards fingers, I done TMT, ECG and Echo 2d everything is normal and cardio doctor told no medicine or treatment for you, still now I have a back muscle pain, I have little gastric, should I take one more Echo and TMT to rule out? I am working in IT, everyone says its muskoskeletal and stress.

Dear Lybrate user. I understand. Some physical diseases are thought to be prone to be made worse by mental factors such as stress and anxiety. At any given time, a person's mental state can affect the degree of severity of a physical disease. Physical symptoms that are caused by mental factors are also called somatization or somatoform disorders. I think your problem is PSYCHOSOMATIC PROBLEM. I suggest online counseling and psychotherapy.
