I am facing stomach trouble past few days. Not feel to eat anything in whole day. My stomach bhari bhari sa lagta h. Kuch kha hi nahi paa raha hu. Bhook hi khata ho gyi h. Please give me solution.

Hello, this may be due to summers. Drink buttermilk, fresh lemon water. When you are in home drink warm lemon water add Kala Namak, no sugar. Or ajwain tea with lemon and Kala Namak, this will help to keep your stomach free from acidity and in motions too. Drink enough water, you can add saunf in water. Saunf will help to cool your stomach.
