Hi, after 4 months and 10 days of exposure my vdrl test is negative and I have symptoms like fungal infection in my groin and had sore on lip so is there any need of tpha test because vdrl is less sensitive and have less accuracy. So is there any need of tpha test or my vdrl test is conclusive?

Hi lybrate-user, please consult near by doctor if he advice then go for tpha. Because fungal infection and other vd are easily dignosed. So do not take tension and consult dermatologist. In Fungal infection itching is present if you have that then apply Luliconazole like antifungal cream till doctor" s advise.
