I am having body fat especially near stomach, chest and thighs. I want to reduce my fat. What should I do? I do walking, Jogging but it does not work. Also I am having constantly pain in upper right position of my back, on back on downside of right shoulder. This pain is on regular basis and after afternoon when I get tired doing some work.
