My wife's recent Angiogram report reveals 90% and 70% stenosis on right and left limbs respectively whereas the ABI (PT) and ABI (DP) ratio is 0.89 and 0.83 on both limbs. The vascular surgeon suggests balloon treatment for the right limb as soon as possible. But, the same treatment for the left limb 9 months ago did not improvise the condition. Kindly advise? what to do.

We should concentrate on relieving the blockage and if stenting - ballooning is the option available than we should go for it and once proper blood supply is maintened we can concentrate on relieving other symptoms due to peripheral neuropathy
