Hello doctors, age is 29 years, weight is 58 kg I am facing some stomach issue from last few weeks (5 or so) and also only my belly fat (abdominal area) is also increased from last few weeks. I am not suffering from loose motions, nor exactly constipation type but still after eating food, in few minutes I feel so much pressure & pain. Gas type in stomach & I have to go to flush it off immediately and last day I feel quite nervous as I saw a little pinch of blood in stool. I also feel that some bloating issue is there. Almost daily I eat healthy food like lots of salads, fruits, milk, green tea, dry fruits regularly & avoid junk food completely but still not cured. Few days back I took some enzymes capsules for 2-3 days then my stomach was fine but again the problem remains same. Other problem is I drink lot of water but in half an hour I feel that my bladder is full & I have to go to toilet immediately otherwise I feel hardness in stomach. So I have to go to toilet every hour. I don't prefer antibiotics so please guide accordingly and if possible please suggest proper food chart for the whole day. Thank you in advance.
