Doctor, I had blood sugar fasting 240 & pp 245 when checked before a month. I took metformin 500 mg 2nos. For 10 days & am taking glibenclamide 5 mg 2 per day continuously as doctor advised. Today, after 23 days medication, I checked blood & sugar is normal i.e. Fstg 88 & pp110. So, kindly advise me about needed changes in medicines or stopping medicines. (note: 7 years back i had sugar 145& 180. Took metformin a month. Got normal)

Dear, There are many chances that you may develop hypoglycaemia with glibenclamide going on. You need to reduce the dose of medication. Please contact nearby Diabetologist or come on personal platform. Regards.
