I wanted to lose weight my weight is 69 kg and height is 5.4 and I have fatty arms than my body please suggest me a daily diet plan for weight loss.

You can follow these steps for consistent weight loss. 1. Focus on increasing fitness levels then weight will also reduce. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet, before meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. ?Eat plain roti/rice with simple dal and lots of salad in meals. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim. Do 20 mins arms exercises with light dumbbells.
