I am a 37 years old man. My weight is 87 kg. Everyday (5 days in a week) morning at first I do 1) worm up and stretching exercise for 15 minutes. 2) after I run for 5 km in 35 minutes 3) after I do yoga for 20 minutes. Please let me know how much calories I burn out for these workout. Thanking you.
