I am 20 years old. I was pregnant and then I took medication of mankind unwanted kit and just used 2 misoprostol tablets. I had bleeding with huge clots of tissue discharging from my vagina and gradually decreasing and almost nil with some vaginal discharge. After a week of medication I consulted a doctor and had a scan. The results said that I had RPOC (remained products of conception) of 32*10 mm size and mild vascularity. And my doctor suggested me misoprostol tablets 2 per day for 2 days. But I didn't have any bleeding. And my doctor told to visit again with a scan after a week. After 3 days from now I have an appointment. My doctor said if it doesn't pass naturally she needs to do a cleaning process. What does that mean? Can I not pass it naturally? Any natural methods for passing the remains?
