From 2016 I'm using 75 mcg thyronorm. Last week I went to take test it shows that my t3 and t4 is in normal but tsh is 7.45. What should I do now. Should I increase dose to 100 mcg. I got little confusion over this. Because my mood is not good all the time. Please respond to my problem.

Before increasing your dose consult with the doctor from whim you were taking medication before. Take regular medicine with regular exercise.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. When in good control TSh should be between 3 to 4 mU/L. Higher TSH means many of the symptoms will be back. So it is better to increase the dose by 25 mcg per day& then check TSH levels after 6 weeks. Thanks.
