Hi , My weight is 61 kg and I am 24 years old. I am vegetarian. I have joined gym since this month so I needed to know the diet plan. Like before workout and after workout, breakfast,lunch, and dinner. Please suggest me vegetarian food.

You can have chickpeas, protein shakes, dry fruits and nuts, sprouts etc. In your main meals, make sure that you include all food groups.
