Hello I am 21 years old and I take my regular diet but I am not gaining weight. My weight is 34 kg and I tried many tips to gain weight but there is no improvement in my weight. I am psychiatrist patient also. What will I do? Please help me and solve my query.

Do not worry, some people start gaining weight later, in mid to late 20s. For gaining weight you should take energy dense healthy foods like milk products, bananas, rice and grains. Avoid packed and market foods. You should do exercise, either in gym or freehand.
