Hello doctors. Sir my brother have hiv phobia he has tested till 7th month antibody test and western blot test all reports are normal till 7 month. But still he fears he thinks that hiv can come any day. He harms himself, daily he cries alot. What should we do? Please suggest please.

Given that all the reports are negative, he is HIV negative for sure and this is one thing that he needs to be convinced about. HIV phobia is sometimes more complex to manage than the disease itself and needs to be done very patiently.
