Impression: MRI study of L.S spine reveals degenerative changes as described with central and bilateral paracentral disc herniation at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels with significant thecal sac indentation and bilateral forminal encroachment. The herniated component of L4-5 disc is extruded and caudally migrated. There is T2 hyperintense posterior focal annular tear of L5-S1 disc. T2 screening of whole spine as described in text.

Ideally you should go for lumbar epidural injection followed by traction and physiotherapy. Medicines will not help much.
