My stomach gets bloated after afternoon /evening meal and distracts from work completely. No bowel movements sometimes. Drink 3-4 glasses of coffee every day and eat nothing after 5 pm avoid lunch too. Have not eaten sugar since 10 years (except some times in sweets/chocolate) and juices like watermelon and lots of curd. I am diabetic with galvus 50 mg and 1 g cetapin twice daily.

Hello You seem to be having some faulty diet habits. If you are trying to loose weight and so are avoiding sugars, even then one needs to take extra fiber in your diet to avoid constipation. Besides dieting does not mean totally starving oneself but eating RIGHT. Make a diet plan and intake chart. Try replacing caffeine with watery drinks , even fresh fruit, or carrot sticks, cucumbers, or any other green salads that you may like. Sprinkle a little lemon juice. And dont forget your dairy or calcium Vit D 3 tablets.
