Hi ,i am 45 year of age ,My BP is 73/113, Fasting sugar s normal 103. I am facing pain in Head. I feel some time anxiety during the day time. My Bowl movement is also not good. Some Dr. advised me stalopam10 mg which I am taking in night but no relief from anxiety. Please suggest some medicine.

Your BP is normal. Get fasting pp blood sugar HbA1c and eye checkup done. Try to find out cause for anxiety and solve the problem. Avoid medicines for anxiety.
