I am 33 years old. I was having PCOD problem some 4 years back for which I took treatment and thereafter conceived naturally and gave birth to a baby in November, 2016. I also had thyroid problem which persist. Now since 4-5 months I use to get my periods twice in a month, once with full heavy flow and then after 15 days spotting for one day. I had my last period on 25th APril, 2018 and after that today on 11th June I got my period but its only a small spotting since morning. My periods are not getting regular and I am worried. What could be the reason and what should I do?

Either uncorrected Thyroid problem or PCOD may be the cause. You consult a Gynaecologist personally and get investigation done before any treatment.
