I'm highly diabetic. I have done circumcision surgery 17 days back. My wound is not healing properly. What food should be taken and what food should be avoided. I'm irregular in diabetic medicine previously. Now taking regular medicine after surgery. I need to know about Do's and Do not's, food diet. How many days to recover.

About healing of wound your surgeon can give appropriate answer. Avoid sugar jaggery honey sweets sweet fruits like mangoes banana grapes cheekoo etc. Take small freaquent meals instead of large ones. Use whole grain flour. Avoid fruit juices soft drinks junk food. Exercise regularly. Avoid too much ghee butter oil.
