Kindly take antibiotics and painkillers as prescribed by dentist. Secondly.take soft liquid diet. Take cold food and liquids for next three days no spitting and rinsing .m if there is a periodontal pack placed let it be there don't remove it by urself.

you can take sufficient amount of salads and fruits in your diet.....also you can take lots of juices....make a habit of rinsing your mouth after every meal....use a betadine mouthwash if possible.....consult your doctor for further clarification
