As per the MRI report. Loss of lumbar lordosis with mild scoliosis with convexity to left. Screening through both sacro-iliac points reveal. III defined patchy STIR hyperintense and T1 hypointense signal along left iliac bone and along bilateral sacro-iliac ,S/O inflammatory more likely than infective etiology. Blood investigation. 1. ESR - 38 mm/hr 2. HLAB27 - positive.
