I am 17 years old and about to become 18 in four months. I am nearly 5 feet 4 inches. My mother's height is nearly 5 feet 3 inches and my father's height is nearly 5 feet 5 inches. I need to really increase my height now. Can something like ashwagandha help me out? Or some other medicine? Suggest me something good. Please it is very important for me to grow taller.
