Cut short carbohydrate (starch) foods and oily spicy_masalafoods. Include sprouts, dry fruits, raw vegetables in your diet, avoid all bakery/junk foods. Do aerobic and stretching exercise regularly and keep in time. Go for a systematic timetable day schedule. Within 3 months you see the result.

Hi, It's high time being underage weight is quite high. Start doing some exercise. Don't start your day with a cup of tea have nuts in the morning. 5 days a week exercise is must. Cut off simple carbs like sugar, bakery stuff. Hope you will manage to do this. To take proper diet plan you can consult me on Lybrate.
