I am suffering from fatigue. I find hard to workout in gym and I'm lacking endurance. I avoided eating junk food and only eating home food. I really beed help recovering from fatigue and gain endurance.

Take protien as per your body weight. As such your body weight around 70 kg you should take protein at least 60gm per day. With that take Gelsimium 30/6dose once daily for 6 days.
