Hi sir this is a issue regarding my father. He is suffering from urine blockage a couple days ago it happened for first time in hus entire life of 59 years we went for ultrasound of abdomen and result as follows Prostate enlarged measure: 46*47*46 mm weight: 52 gms Impression: 1. Non-obstructive bilateral renal calculi 2. Grade 2 bph with significant post void residual urine 3.thickened urinary bladder wall Sug: clinic biochemical correlation Is this report ok Any sign of prostate cancer he is fine now and normally urinate.

Looking at the clinical symptoms of the pt & ultrasound report, pt is likely to have enlarged prostate. Whether he has cancer or not, he needs to be examined thoroughly by a surgeon, and blood test of PSA TOTAL & Free, & prostatic biopsy, if required, to be done. After all these final diagnosis is made.
