Hi I'm 21 year old student. I want to know a diet which will help me build muscle, are there certain foods that hit particular body parts. I'm vegetarian and I jog 6 km alternatively, how much carbs do I need to avoid loss of weight as strict eating hours of hostel doesn't suit my eating regimen and I end up losing weight.
