Dear Lybrateuser, - To build your muscles & to increase your weight you have consume a well balanced diet with more protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, while grains & protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products like yogurt, paneer, butter milk, cheese, beans, lentils, sprouts, tofu, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - havrca snack half an hour before your exercise schedule like a fruit or glass of milk or yogurt or nuts, also after it - do warming up for 5-10 min before & after exercise.
