I am 22 years female. My face is full of pimples and pimple scars and if I change water rashes also appears. Kindly help me for my problem and am working in night shifts.

Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.
