Hello doctor I was 68 kg before but post marriage I have gained 10 kgs more due to different food habits and lifestyle. I go to gym and now I have reduced few of my eating habits like non veg and fried foods. But I am not able to reduce my weight even though I do household work plus gym. I can't skip any of my meal or I feel hungry I get headache o vomiting. I tend to go washroom after my every meal. After sometime I feel hungry again I have switched to oats for dinner reduced intake of rice but no change in my weight yet. I am healthy but over weight is the only concern.
